YouTube Go beta version debuted in Google Play

YouTube Go app

In September last year, Google announced the imminent launch of YouTube Go app, which allows you to save video content, and then view it later without network access.

Google’s YouTube Go is primarily aimed at users in the regions where the speed of the Internet leaves a lot to be desired. Recently, the beta version of YouTube Go appeared in Google Play. The Service is not much different from the usual YouTube app, with the only exception that when you select a movie to view the user will be able to download it in the two available resolutions equivalent to 144p and 360p.

YouTube Go users can also share videos with friends via Bluetooth. However, Google developers noted that for this they still need access to the Internet to carry out safety checks.

Currently, YouTube Go application is not available for all regions and users are required to confirm their telephone number is required when installing the program.
